1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. Products & B2B Pricing

• Retail Sales: Retail combo packs (2-piece, 3-piece, and 4-piece sets) are priced as listed on our shop page. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
• B2B & Institutional Buyers: Wholesale pricing applies to institutional buyers meeting the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Bulk discounts are structured according to our tier system. Any custom branding or white-labeling is subject to separate agreements.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as our loofahs are 100% natural, slight variations in size, texture, and color are to be expected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic shipping charges are calculated at actuals during the checkout process.
• Dispatch Timelines: Ready stock is generally dispatched within 3-5 working days. Custom or bulk orders may require 15-20 working days for dispatch.
• Loofaz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen natural circumstances.

4. Returns & Replacements

We take immense pride in our quality control. However, if an issue arises:

• Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns are only applicable in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage sustained during transit.
• Used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

5. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
